# n8n

> Use Lokutor text-to-speech and speech-to-text in n8n workflows with the n8n-nodes-lokutor community node.

[`n8n-nodes-lokutor`](https://www.npmjs.com/package/n8n-nodes-lokutor) ([source](https://github.com/lokutor-ai/n8n-nodes-lokutor)) is a community node for [n8n](https://n8n.io).

Install it from **Settings → Community nodes** by entering `n8n-nodes-lokutor`, then create a **Lokutor API** credential with your API key.

| Operation | Input | Output |
| :- | :- | :- |
| Text to Speech | text, voice, language (optionally a cloned voice ID) | WAV audio as binary data |
| Speech to Text | binary WAV audio | text, language and duration; optionally words and speaker labels |

The node calls the same endpoints as the [REST API](https://docs.lokutor.com/api-reference/rest.md) and the [speech-to-text API](https://docs.lokutor.com/api-reference/speech-to-text.md), so usage is billed to your wallet at the [published rates](https://api.lokutor.com/v1/pricing).
