Discovery - Lokutor

The discovery endpoints are public: no API key is needed. The JavaScript SDK wraps them as static methods on VoiceAgentClient, which call https://api.lokutor.com and throw LokutorError on failure.

Each method takes an optional base URL, for a local server: VoiceAgentClient.fetchVoices('http://localhost:8080').
